With YellowTip Reservations, we have focused on creating a highly efficient, simple to use and intuitive interface. All features are easily accessible and easy to understand by your staff and customers.

Below is just a small selection of great features that YellowTip Reservations has to offer.

Advanced three dimensional approach
The advanced reservations engine tracks resource availability, staff availability and time availability for each booking. This approach ensures error free reservations all around.

Packages
With YellowTip Reservations, you are able to configure your own packages. The services of a package can all be booked at once, or if the customer wants, the package services can be booked individually at a later point in time.

Couples Bookings
Make appointments with 2 staff and even multiple customers in the same room at the same time. Great for SPAs that provide Couples Massages or simultaneous Manicure/Pedicure services.

Staff Management
Managing the work schedules of all your staff members has never been easier. For each staff member, you set the default weekly work schedule. After that, you can customize this schedule for each individual day of the year by changing work times or adding holidays / non-working days.

Extensive Reporting
YellowTip Reservations comes with a very powerful reporting module. Through a user friendly interface, you are able to generate complex reports and charts in a matter of seconds. All reports can be printed, emailed and exported to the popular Microsoft Excel © and Word © format.

Preparation Time
It's possible that a service provider requires some time before the appointment to prepare the room, and after the appointment to clean the room. YellowTip Reservations allows you to set a before and after preparation time per service. This is especially handy during busy periods, since back to back bookings always include some preparation time.

Easy Email Integration
Next to being able to print confirmation pages, invoices, staff schedules, and other information, you are also able to email them to your customers or staff members by clicking on the email icon. For each email you send, you can add email addresses to the CC list and you're able to add a personal message. All of this can be done directly from within your Reservations environment.

Group Bookings
YellowTip Reservations allows you to book multiple people in one booking. Like this you can register 20 customers (or more) for a Spinning class or 4 customers for a Tennis match.

Repeat Bookings
Allows you to automatically repeat a booking for a set period and interval. Great for scheduling the Monday night Aerobics class or that frequent customer that wants his massage every Saturday afternoon.

Customer Information Management
YellowTip Reservations comes with a highly customizable customer database. All customers have a reservation history. It shows which reservations are still open and which reservations have already been completed. A simple customer reporting function allows you to keep track of complaints, important notes, opportunities and so on.

Provider Priority
Each provider (therapist, instructor, driver etc.) can be coded with a "booking priority" to control the order in which they are selected for the services they are qualified to perform.

Three Level Access Control
As an administrator of YellowTip Reservations, you are able to give people access to the system. Within the system, you are able to give people access to a certain application. Finally within each application, you are able to give people access to the main functions of that application. In this way, detailed access can be provided or limited to each individual user of YellowTip Reservations.

Multi-Language Support
YellowTip Reservations simultaneously supports multiple languages. This means that each of your users is able to use YellowTip Reservations in his or her own preferred language. Currently, YellowTip Reservations supports the following languages: English, German, French, Spanish and Dutch.

Notes
Notes can be added to each reservation that is made. This allows you to share important booking information with all staff members.

No Shows and Cancellations
If a booked appointment is deleted, the user is prompted to define the reason for this cancellation. The quantity of "Cancellations" and "No Shows" is written to the guest's record for future reference.
